Faculty Publications Database
Fletcher Faculty Publications Database
Maintained by the Ginn Library, this database lets you search for books, book chapters, journal articles, and opinion/editorial pieces by Fletcher faculty. Searches are also available as RSS feeds.
Contact us when you publish something new and we will add it to the database.
Reference and Instruction
The Reference Desk is staffed from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Consult the Reference Librarian at any time about searching the catalog, the journal databases, the Web, or finding particular data or resources.
You are welcome to make appointments for instruction in the use of library resources. We can also make arrangements to come into your class to give instruction in particular subject resources.
Telephone the Reference desk at 617-627-5021, use the Ask a Librarian e-mail, or contact Jane Morris, the Reference and Instruction Librarian.

Technology Assistance
Any questions about hardware purchases, e-mail spam and viruses, and problems with desktop or classroom support should be directed to The Fletcher School's IT Manager.
Desktop Support
For desktop support, please call the ITS Helpdesk at 627-5898 or e-mail helpdesk@ase.tufts.edu. If you reach a voicemail message, please leave a message about your problem. You will receive a callback within two hours and a ticket will be opened for resolution of your issue.
After the issue is resolved, you may receive a very short quality control survey from the IT Manager. Please answer the survey to help ensure that a high level of service is maintained.
