Computer Software, Computer Labs, and Public Workstations
The Ginn Library is responsible for The Fletcher School's information technology services (the Mugar computer lab, public workstations, and classroom technology). These services are largely provided by Tufts ITS These services are governed by the Fletcher -- ITS Service Contract. Network services (Ethernet and Wireless Internet access, telephone services, etc.) are provided by UIT (University Information Technology).

| Questions about Blackboard | Send email to Tufts University Blackboard Administrator. In your message, include your name, student ID number, and e-mail address. |
| Software or other computer training | Fletcher community members have access to ElementK, a provider of online tutorials on a wide range of software (Microsoft Office, database software, email, etc.) and hardware topics. Faculty and Staff Request an Element K user account to obtain an account. Students See Skills/Academic Preparation Workshops for information on obtaining an account. |
| Printing from a laptop | Send an e-mail to student-printing@ase.tufts.edu or stop in the Eaton lab between 1-5 PM Monday-Friday (bring a photo ID). |
