- Advocates for all users by ensuring technology support and resources meet our expectations.
- Explains, educates, solves, or refers to the correct source, technical issues and questions pertaining to IT posed by Fletcher community.
- Oversees all technology purchases to ensure hardware / software meets University standards.
- Works closely with other IT support groups to foster client relationships, set priorities for problem resolution, and plan new technology roll-out.
- Facilitates the delivery of resources and training for the Fletcher community to enhance user’s technology skills and experiences.
