Tufts Username (UTLN): Access to Electronic Resources, Email & TUSK Accounts

For help with Tufts University email

A Tufts username or UTLN (Universal Tufts Login Name) and password are required to access electronic resources, email, wireless internet, and TUSK.

• If you are a Tufts University clinical faculty member or house staff and do not have a Tufts username (UTLN), please follow these procedures: Instructions for obtaining a Tufts username (UTLN) for Clinical Faculty

• If you have forgotten your password, it can be reset online, by phone at (617) 636-2947 or in person at the Library IT Service Desk on the 5th Floor of the Sackler building.

• If you are a Tufts Medical center staff and do not have a Tufts username (UTLN), you may gain access to e-resources, including journals and databases, via a Library Access Login Number.

• If you are a Tufts University Faculty, Staff, or Student and are having difficulty with your UTLN or password, you can recover your username and reset your password using Tufts Tools or contact the Library IT Service Desk Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-7pm on Sackler 5th floor or via phone at 617-636-2947.
