How to Create Full-Text Links to Tufts Library Licensed Material

• To ensure that the Tufts community can access articles both on- and off-campus, it is necessary to construct a url that first goes to the libraries' proxy server where the Tufts UTLN/password are entered enabling authentication and login to the licensed resource.
• Below are instructions for creating full-text links to both journal articles and books from some of the Tufts Libraries licensed resources.

    • Note: the AN number is NOT the Unique Identifier.

• In cases where there is no direct link to the full-text, create a link to the citation screen where the full-text link can be accessed.
  • Search for the article and from the Summary display click the author link

Linking to Chapters (Links are available to chapter sections but not to individual pages.)
