Accessing Your Email
Once you have your UTLN (Tufts Username) and password, there are several ways to access your email.

Please Note: Though email can be accessed through Outlook and Outlook Express, we suggest that you use these with caution as many viruses are designed to specifically target these programs. If you choose to use them, please be sure to keep up-to-date with Outlook security patches.

Password Resets
If you have forgotton your username, password or have been locked out of your account, your password can be reset online at Tufts Tools or at the Library IT Service Desk, 5th Floor, Monday - Thursday, 9 -6pm and Friday 9am-7pm. Password help can also be provided over the phone by calling the Library IT Service Desk at 617-636-2974.
