Accessing Your Email
Once you have your Tufts Username and password, there are several ways to access your email.
Please Note: Though email can be accessed through Outlook and Outlook Express, we suggest that you use these with caution as many viruses are designed to specifically target these programs. If you choose to use them, please be sure to keep up-to-date with Outlook security patches.
Password Resets
If you have forgotton your password or have been locked out of your account, your password can be reset at the Library IT Service Desk, 5th Floor, Monday - Friday, 9 -5pm. Please make sure you bring your Tufts ID.
If you have forgotten your Tufts username and password, it can be reset at the Library IT Service Desk on the 5th Floor of the Library. If you are off campus, please fill out the Password Reset Form and fax it along with a copy of your ID to 617-636-4039. We will return your password by phone or text message. We cannot email back passwords.
