Internet access is available in Posner Hall through wired connections. Unfortunately, at this time, wireless is not available. Please bring an ethernet cable (category 5 or better) to use internet in the dormitory.
In order to get online at Tufts, please bring your computer to us at the Library IT Service Desk. We will make sure it passes all security standards, and then we will assist you with registration. Registration and Getting Online at Tufts
How to Report Connection Problems in Posner Hall If you are experiencing network connection problems at the Posner Dormitory, please contact (617) 636-2947 or email us at hhsl-its@tufts.edu.
We will need the following information: your name, your phone Number, the number on ethernet jack you are using, and your dorm number. We will make arrangements to come out and test the network connection.
Once we determine the problem you are having, we will report it to the appropriate party. |
