The following fee schedule applies to ILLiad requests made by members of the Tufts Community. For fee information regarding document delivery services for other users, please see Request Articles and Books.

Articles/Books from Other Libraries

N.B.: Charges are doubled for requests of greater than 50 pages each.

*For items from a non-Tufts Libraries, students are charged $4 per request, once they have ordered more than 20 items within an academic year.

**For books and audiovisual items sent by expedited shipping carriers, such as FedEx, UPS, etc., add either $25 flat shipping fee or bill to recipients' account with carrier. Mail/fax/Ariel at our discretion.

Articles/Books from Hirsh Health Sciences Library

N.B.: Charges are doubled for requests of greater than 50 pages each.

Payment

Payment can be made via appropriate Tufts or Tufts Medical Center account numbers or by personal (US) check made out to Tufts Hirsh Health Sciences Library and brought in-person or mailed to:

No-Fee Services

Members of the Tufts community may request items owned by a Tufts library, other than HHSL, for free. Please indicate in these ILLiad requests whether you are unwilling to pay for items from non-Tufts libraries, in case we are unable to retrieve the item from the Tufts collection.

In addition, all requests made through the BLC Virtual Catalog are free.
