Users are responsible for compliance with all applicable copyright laws and Tufts Information Stewardship Policy & Supporting Information Policies regarding printing, copying, and scanning.

JumboCash and JumboCash Cards
Tufts University students and employees use their University IDs to pay for printing and copying by adding money to their ID via their JumboCash account. To add money to your ID use the JumboCash cash kiosk located on Sackler 4 near the printers or via credit card using the JumboCash website.

If you do not have a Tufts ID you may purchase a JumboCash card for $1 cash at the JumboCash kiosk on Sackler 4. Add additional money at the kiosk or via credit card using the JumboCash website.

The JumboCash kiosk accepts only $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills.

Printing
Computers in the library print to self-service print stations and jobs can be retrieved on either the 4th or 5th floors, no matter from which floor the job was sent. Both black & white and color printers are available on the 4th and 5th floors. Printers only accept JumboCash.

Costs:

• Black & white: $.10/page
• Color: $.30/page
• Default is duplex/double-sided printing: $.15/page

Wireless Printing from your Personal Laptop to HHSL printers. You can send jobs directly to HHSL printers once your computer is registered and a simple program is installed.

For Windows, go to https://pharos.hsl.tufts.edu/uniprint, click on Packages, select appropriate link to download and install Black&White(B&W) or Color printer software.

For Mac OS, go to https://pharos.custhelp.com/app/mac-components. If you need assistance, stop by the Computer Support Desk on the 5th floor for help.

Copying
Self-service photocopiers are located on the 5th and 6th floors of the library. Black & white copies cost $.10 per page. Double-sided photocopying is available. Please ask at the Library Service Desk if you need assistance. One machine on the 6th floor operates using coins and cash. All other machines use JumboCash.

Change
There is no change available in the library.

Scanning
A self-service scanner is available in Sackler 524.

Problems
Any problems with printers, copiers, and scanners or JumboCash cards should be reported to the Library Service Desk located on Sackler 4.
