1. Request a serial number
   • Email dynamedsupport@ebscohost.com using your Tufts University or Tufts Medical Center email. Include your full name and the name of your institution. Specify the type of device you are using and a serial number will be emailed to you within 24 hours
   • Tufts affiliates send a request for a serial number to hhsl@tufts.edu using your hospital email.
2. After you receive your serial number follow Installing DynaMed Mobile for your device.

Note: Serial numbers expire one year from activation. Request a new number directly from DynaMed or hhsl@tufts.edu to continue access.
