Berger Concept Evaluation Form

This form is designed to assist in determining whether your idea meets the criteria required of a Berger Proposal, as described in the Berger Family Technology Transfer Endowment.

Applying each of the criteria to your basic idea encourages its full development and strengthens its chances to become a winning proposal. While it isn't necessary to answer all of the following questions in the affirmative, the more "yes" answers you have, the stronger your proposal will be. Any question to which you would answer "maybe" or "unsure" should be marked as "yes".
