Boston Library Consortium Catalogs

The Boston Library Consortium (BLC) is a cooperative association of 19 academic and research libraries. Tufts students, faculty, and staff may get a BLC card that entitles them to borrow materials at participating BLC institutions. Users can search the holdings of the BLC libraries in 2 ways:

• Boston Library Consortium Virtual Catalog
  This catalog contains the book holdings of the majority of BLC libraries. Users can directly request books through the catalog and pick up the books at Tisch Library.
• Individual Boston Library Consortium Catalogs
  This page provides access to the catalogs of all 19 BLC libraries. The catalogs list all library holdings, including journals and books. To borrow material from the BLC libraries, members of the Tufts community can get a BLC card at the Tisch circulation desk.
