Honor with Books Instructions Form

Honoring the significant people in your life is easy; please follow the steps below. For convenience, you may wish to print this page.:

1. Proceed to the ‘Giving To Tufts’ Online Form
2. Choose ‘Other’ from the 'Select a School' options:
   
3. Enter ‘Tisch Library’ in the field that appears:
   
4. Enter your gift amount ($100 per book):
5. Check the box next to 'I have additional comments about my gift(s)' to display a comments box. Use this box to indicate the general subject area of the book to be selected on your behalf. Select from among the following:
   1. Arts
   2. Engineering
   3. Humanities
   4. Science
   5. Social Sciences
   
   
6. Dedicate your gift by designating either "In honor of" or "In memory of". Once you have made your selection, a field will appear. Please enter the name of your honoree in this field:
   
7. Complete the rest of the form.
