Some Basics in Using Tufts Library Resources

Register for an ILliad account
(for requesting interlibrary loans)

The Procedure:

1. Click on findItAtTufts in a database record.

2. A new window links to the Tufts Catalog for verifying if Tufts has the book or the journal.

3. If Tufts does NOT have the book or the journal, click on the ILliad link to request it.

4. When the ILliad link is missing, log on to your ILliad account directly and make your request there.

Note: This is the procedure in many databases; you can also log in to your ILliad account directly to make request for books, articles not found at Tufts.
