Evaluation Procedures
A formal self-evaluation of each student and the facilitator, with feedback from all group

Evaluation/Grading of Students
After the conclusion of the final problem (Problem 4 in Fall, 5 in Spring), the results of
evaluations of each student will be summarized by the facilitator on the form

Students". The facilitator will send these forms, which serve as grade sheets, to Dr.
John Berg, Chairperson, Department of Clinical Sciences, Small Animal Hospital, Grafton
